Desde\nel inicio del brote (SE 37) hasta la SE 10 de 2020 se confirmaron, en la\nprovincia de Buenos Aires, <strong>120 casos de\nsarampi\u00f3n<\/strong>; distribuidos en 19 municipios. La proporci\u00f3n de sujetos no\nvacunados o con vacunaci\u00f3n incompleta para la edad alcanz\u00f3 el 85% de los casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Municipios con casos:<\/strong>\nAlmirante Brown (1), Avellaneda (1), Berazategui (1), Hurlingham (2), Ituzaing\u00f3\n(6), La Matanza (21), Lan\u00fas (1), Lomas de Zamora (3), Malvinas Argentinas (6),\nMarcos Paz (1), Merlo (33), Moreno (19), Mor\u00f3n (3), Pilar (3), Quilmes (2), San\nMart\u00edn (11), Tigre (2), Tres de Febrero (2) y Vicente L\u00f3pez (2). En la SE\n13\/2020 se modific\u00f3 la clasificaci\u00f3n de 2 casos confirmados, debido a\nresultados emitidos por INEI-ANLIS Malbr\u00e1n, considerando finalmente otros\ndiagn\u00f3sticos para los casos de un ni\u00f1o de 11 meses residente del Municipio de\nTres de Febrero y un ni\u00f1o de 1 a\u00f1o del Municipio de La Matanza, y\ndescart\u00e1ndolos como casos de sarampi\u00f3n. De esta manera, el total de casos del\nbrote de sarampi\u00f3n 2019-2020 es de 120 casos al d\u00eda de la fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estrategia de vacunaci\u00f3n: incluye el fortalecimiento de la\nvacunaci\u00f3n de rutina en todas las jurisdicciones de la provincia e indicaciones\nampliadas de vacunaci\u00f3n en los municipios de las Regiones Sanitarias V, VI, VII\ny XII. A partir de enero 2020 se extienden las recomendaciones de vacunaci\u00f3n a\nquienes viajen a CABA y a las Regiones Sanitarias V, VI, VII y XII en las\nsiguientes poblaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dengue: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La provincia de Buenos Aires registra un total de <strong>633 casos confirmados<\/strong> y 523 probables\nhasta la SE 12. Se identificaron los serotipos DEN-1 (132 casos), DEN-2 (20\ncasos) y DEN-4 (229), hay 136 casos confirmados por laboratorio sin serotipo, y\ny 116 fueron confirmados por nexo epidemiol\u00f3gico. Se notificaron casos positivos\naut\u00f3ctonos en 27 municipios definidos como \u00e1reas en brote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se registra la\naparici\u00f3n sostenida de casos aut\u00f3ctonos de dengue que indican un escenario de\nbrote en los siguientes 27 municipios:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Regi\u00f3n Sanitaria V: Escobar, Jos\u00e9 C Paz, General San Mart\u00edn,\nMalvinas Argentinas, San Fernando, San Isidro, San Miguel, Tigre, Vicente\nL\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Regi\u00f3n Sanitaria VI: Almirante Brown (Jos\u00e9 M\u00e1rmol),\nAvellaneda, Berazategui (Los Ciruelos), Esteban Echeverr\u00eda, Ezeiza, Lan\u00fas\n(Monte Chingolo), Lomas de Zamora (Ingeniero Budge), Quilmes (Ezpeleta oeste,\nBernal oeste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Regi\u00f3n Sanitaria VII: General Rodr\u00edguez, Hurlingham,\nItuzaing\u00f3, Merlo, Moreno, Mor\u00f3n y Tres de Febrero (Villa Bosch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Regi\u00f3n Sanitaria XI: Berisso, La Plata (Zona centro y\nGorina).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Regi\u00f3n Sanitaria XII: La Matanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se incorporan al listado de municipios con escenario de\nbrote San Fernando, Ezeiza, General Rodr\u00edguez y Berisso. El municipio de\nFlorencio Varela est\u00e1 siendo estudiado con la posibilidad de presentar\nescenario de brote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Letalidad en la provincia\nde Buenos Aires<\/strong>: es 0,63%; se han registrado 4 casos confirmados fallecidos\nentre los 633 confirmados totales hasta el d\u00eda 24 de marzo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hantavirus:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la SE 1 a la SE 12, se notificaron en la provincia de\nBuenos Aires 152 casos sospechosos de hantavirus. De ellos 11 fueron\nconfirmados por laboratorio. En la SE 5 se registr\u00f3 un caso fallecido en un\nadulto de 32 a\u00f1os residente del Municipio de La Matanza.
