Ante la preocupaci\u00f3n de muchos vecinos, la Municipalidad de Tres Arroyos, informa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cumplimiento de lo establecido en la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 20.680, Ley Provincial 8197\/74, Decreto Provincial 5217\/74 y Resoluci\u00f3n 100\/2020 de la Secretar\u00eda de Comercio Interior del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo de la Naci\u00f3n, la OFICINA MUNICIPAL DE INFORMACION AL CONSUMIDOR se vienen realizando inspecciones peri\u00f3dicas de los productos en g\u00f3ndola que los Supermercados poseen listos para la venta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frente a la situaci\u00f3n que estamos atravesando, y ante la imperativa necesidad del trabajo mancomunado de las Autoridades de todos los niveles de Gobierno en el \u00e1mbito de sus competencias, la Secretar\u00eda de Comercio Interior, autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley 20.680 dict\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n100\/2020, la cual establece en su Art\u00b01 que: ” todos los sujetos que se encuentran alcanzados por el deber de informaci\u00f3n previsto en el art\u00edculo 4 de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 12\/2016 de la ex SECRETAR\u00cdA DE COMERCIO, deber\u00e1n fijar para todos los productos incluidos en el Anexo I de la Disposici\u00f3n N\u00b0 55\/16 de la ex SUBSECRETAR\u00cdA DE COMERCIO INTERIOR como precios m\u00e1ximos de venta al consumidor final aquellos precios efectivamente informados por cada comercializadora al SEPA vigentes al d\u00eda 6 de MARZO de 2020, para cada producto descripto en su reglamentaci\u00f3n y por cada punto de venta.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para lo cual funcionarios y personal municipal organizan recorridas con el prop\u00f3sito de chequear que se cumplan las reglas establecidas. Tal es el caso del Secretario de Producci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, Ing. Matias Fh\u00fcrer, la concejal Victoria Larriestra y quien est\u00e1 a cargo del OMIC, Lucrecia Damiani.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
