A partir de all\u00ed, el personal policial desarroll\u00f3 tareas investigativas que permitieron reunir pruebas suficientes para solicitar una orden de allanamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida judicial, otorgada por el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas interviniente, se concret\u00f3 en un domicilio de la localidad, donde se obtuvieron resultados positivos. Durante el procedimiento se secuestr\u00f3 un motoveh\u00edculo presuntamente utilizado para cometer el delito, un tel\u00e9fono celular y restos de cuero vacuno vinculados al hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado del operativo, se procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de un hombre, quien qued\u00f3 imputado por el delito de abigeato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa es instruida por la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n y Juicio N\u00ba 7 del Departamento Judicial Bah\u00eda Blanca, mientras que desde el \u00e1mbito policial destacaron la r\u00e1pida respuesta investigativa ante este tipo de delitos que afectan directamente al sector rural.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un procedimiento llevado adelante por el Comando de Prevenci\u00f3n Rural (CPR) de Tres Arroyos permiti\u00f3 esclarecer un hecho de abigeato ocurrido en un establecimiento rural de la localidad de Copetonas, con la aprehensi\u00f3n de un hombre mayor de edad.
