En la tarde de ayer, alrededor de las 18:00 horas, personal de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda de Seguridad Comunal de Tres Arroyos, Comisar\u00eda Primera, intervino en un domicilio ubicado en calle Santa Fe al 100, donde un hombre de 48 a\u00f1os incumpli\u00f3 una medida cautelar de prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, el sujeto se present\u00f3 en la vivienda de su ex pareja, una mujer de 38 a\u00f1os, desobedeciendo una resoluci\u00f3n judicial dictada el pasado 2 de enero en el marco de una causa por amenazas, lesiones leves, hurto y da\u00f1o agravado, con intervenci\u00f3n del Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 1 del Departamento Judicial local, a cargo de la jueza Agustina Cedeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al arribar los efectivos al lugar, el hombre adopt\u00f3 una actitud hostil y se enfrent\u00f3 al personal policial, por lo que fue necesario el uso de la fuerza m\u00ednima e indispensable para reducirlo. Finalmente, fue aprehendido y trasladado a sede policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se le imputan los delitos de desobediencia, atentado y resistencia a la autoridad, con intervenci\u00f3n de la UFIJ N\u00b0 6 del Departamento Judicial de Tres Arroyos, a cargo de la Dra. Natalia Bel\u00e9n Ramos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
