Por ejemplo, caminar tres veces por semana cuatro vueltas a la manzana. Si lo cumpl\u00eds, te motiva a seguir\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La profesora insisti\u00f3 en que cada persona debe buscar su propia forma de movimiento: \u201cNo siempre la soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en el gimnasio. Hay que respetar el gusto del movimiento de cada uno. Lo importante es mantenerse activo y disfrutarlo\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n habl\u00f3 sobre la importancia de adoptar h\u00e1bitos saludables en general. \u201cNo alcanza con moverse: hay que dormir bien, alimentarse mejor, reducir la luz blanca en casa y pasar m\u00e1s tiempo al aire libre. Todo influye en la energ\u00eda y el descanso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el valor de hacerlo con gu\u00eda profesional: \u201cCada cosa tiene su momento y su lugar. No es lo mismo arrancar por la bicicleta que por la musculaci\u00f3n.
