Si lo hac\u00e9s al aire libre, recib\u00eds un tipo de rayo solar que prepara la bioqu\u00edmica para los rayos del mediod\u00eda, que son los que impactan sobre el sistema end\u00f3crino\u201d, explic\u00f3 Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entrenadora aclar\u00f3 que muchas veces se considera incorrecto hacer ejercicio o exponerse al sol al mediod\u00eda, pero que \u201ceso depende de si el cuerpo fue preparado previamente.
