Un hombre de 35 a\u00f1os result\u00f3 herido tras recibir disparos en un hecho ocurrido el s\u00e1bado por la tarde, alrededor de las 18:00, en Avenida Ameghino al 1300, en Tres Arroyos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan informaron desde la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Comunal, el agresor \u2014tambi\u00e9n de 35 a\u00f1os\u2014 habr\u00eda efectuado varios disparos con un arma de fuego, hiriendo a la v\u00edctima en el rostro y el abdomen (por roce). El herido fue trasladado al Hospital Pirovano, donde recibi\u00f3 curaciones sin que se registrara riesgo de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un primer momento se estim\u00f3 que las lesiones podr\u00edan haber sido provocadas por un arma de bajo calibre, aunque a\u00fan no se determin\u00f3 con precisi\u00f3n el tipo de arma utilizada, dado que el proyectil permanec\u00eda alojado en el p\u00f3mulo del hombre. Se esperan estudios m\u00e9dicos y pericias bal\u00edsticas para avanzar en la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El agresor fue trasladado a la Comisar\u00eda Primera, donde se le secuestraron el tel\u00e9fono celular y la vestimenta que llevaba al momento del hecho. Por disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda N\u00b0 16, a cargo del Dr. Gabriel Iv\u00e1n Lopazzo, se realiz\u00f3 un allanamiento de urgencia en su domicilio, ubicado en las inmediaciones del lugar del ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el procedimiento \u2014en el que participaron efectivos del Escuadr\u00f3n de Caballer\u00eda, la SubDDI, Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica y el instructor judicial Dr. Iparraguirre\u2014 se incautaron una carabina de aire comprimido calibre 5.5 mm, una pistola Bersa Thunder calibre 9 mm con 20 municiones, y el DVR de c\u00e1maras de seguridad del domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las actuaciones fueron caratuladas como \u201cLesiones leves agravadas e infracci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 189 bis del C\u00f3digo Penal (tenencia de arma de guerra)\u201d, con intervenci\u00f3n de la UFIJ N\u00b0 16.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
