Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 que al iniciar la actividad f\u00edsica \u201chay que hacerlo con cargas bajas, priorizando la t\u00e9cnica y la constancia antes de aumentar el peso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aclar\u00f3 que el m\u00fasculo tiene memoria y que esa capacidad permite recuperar fuerza m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido despu\u00e9s de un tiempo sin entrenar. \u201cEl cuerpo recuerda los movimientos y responde mejor cuando se vuelve a ejercitar\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo se refiri\u00f3 al entrenamiento en los m\u00e1s chicos y desminti\u00f3 algunos mitos: \u201cLos ni\u00f1os pueden trabajar la fuerza si est\u00e1n bien guiados por un profesional.
