Muchas veces tiene que ver con causas m\u00e1s profundas, incluso emocionales, o con debilidades en otras partes del cuerpo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La profesora subray\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la hidrataci\u00f3n es clave para un buen rendimiento: \u201cLa gente piensa que tomar agua es suficiente, pero no siempre hidrata.
