Ayer, alrededor de las 13:15 horas, personal de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda de Seguridad Comunal de Tres Arroyos \u2013 Comisar\u00eda Primera, a cargo del Comisario Cristian Tedini, procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de un joven de 23 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Momentos antes, el sujeto hab\u00eda incumplido una medida cautelar de prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento hacia su madre, de 46 a\u00f1os, dictada el pasado 31 de julio en el marco de una causa por Da\u00f1o. Durante el episodio, el agresor adem\u00e1s le profiri\u00f3 amenazas de muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De inmediato se activaron los protocolos de protecci\u00f3n a la v\u00edctima, quien fue trasladada a la Comisar\u00eda de la Mujer y la Familia, donde recibi\u00f3 la contenci\u00f3n necesaria y prest\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n testimonial sobre lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se iniciaron actuaciones por los delitos de Lesiones, Desobediencia y Amenazas, con intervenci\u00f3n de la UFIJ N\u00b0 6 del Departamento Judicial de Tres Arroyos, a cargo de la Dra. Ramos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
