Alrededor de las 03:00 horas, personal de la Comisar\u00eda Primera de la Polic\u00eda Comunal de Tres Arroyos aprehendi\u00f3 a Farias Albertino Benjam\u00edn, de 24 a\u00f1os, por el delito de robo en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en calle Azcu\u00e9naga 700, cuando personal de la Patrulla Urbana de la Municipalidad observ\u00f3 a un hombre con vestimenta negra intentando sustraer una bater\u00eda de un cami\u00f3n KIA propiedad de un vecino de 61 a\u00f1os. Al ser descubierto, el sospechoso arroj\u00f3 la bater\u00eda y comenz\u00f3 a escapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La polic\u00eda logr\u00f3 interceptarlo en calle Reconquista y secuestr\u00f3 un alicate que habr\u00eda utilizado para cortar los cables del veh\u00edculo. La causa qued\u00f3 a cargo de la UFIJ Nro. 17, bajo la direcci\u00f3n del Agente Fiscal Dr. Lopazzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
