Es imprescindible a partir de cierta edad, especialmente despu\u00e9s de los 40. Ayuda a mantener la salud \u00f3sea, muscular y metab\u00f3lica\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que \u201cel m\u00fasculo es hoy considerado una gl\u00e1ndula endocrina, ya que al activarse libera mioquinas, sustancias beneficiosas para la salud general\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Anita&#8221; advirti\u00f3 sobre la necesidad de tener cuidado con los entrenadores improvisados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHay muchos que hacen cursos online y no cuentan con la formaci\u00f3n adecuada para trabajar con cuerpos reales. Es importante confiar en profesionales que eval\u00faen correctamente y acompa\u00f1en el proceso\u201d, plante\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La profesora recomend\u00f3 empezar con objetivos realistas, en funci\u00f3n de cada contexto personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo se trata de competir con nadie ni de copiar entrenamientos de redes sociales.
