Este lunes, alrededor de las 11:40 horas, personal de la Comisar\u00eda Primera de Tres Arroyos, a cargo del comisario Cristian Tedini, procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de un hombre de 44 a\u00f1os por un hecho de violencia de g\u00e9nero ocurrido en un domicilio ubicado en calle Fangio 74.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 oficialmente, tras una discusi\u00f3n verbal con su pareja de 45 a\u00f1os, el hombre le ocasion\u00f3 lesiones leves \u2014rasgu\u00f1os en el brazo izquierdo y en el pecho\u2014, motivo por el cual fue detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De inmediato se activaron los protocolos correspondientes para la contenci\u00f3n y asistencia de la v\u00edctima, quien fue trasladada a la Comisar\u00eda de la Mujer y la Familia para prestar declaraci\u00f3n testimonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, el aprehendido fue trasladado a la sede policial, donde qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la UFIJ N\u00b06 del Departamento Judicial Tres Arroyos. Se labraron actuaciones por lesiones leves agravadas por el v\u00ednculo y violaci\u00f3n de la Ley 12.569 de violencia familiar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
