En torno a esa investigaci\u00f3n se detectaron algunas inconsistencias en su relato, por lo que se efectu\u00f3 una requisa y el secuestr\u00f3 coca\u00edna fraccionada, balanza y un dispositivo celular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del an\u00e1lisis del contenido del tel\u00e9fono surge que Fritz comercializ\u00f3 estupefacientes, por lo que se lo detiene en junio de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que la vinculaci\u00f3n de Matall\u00e1n con el comercio de droga, proviene del an\u00e1lisis del mismo tel\u00e9fono celular y otros pertenecientes a Fritz. A ra\u00edz de ello, personal de la Comisar\u00eda Cuarta en septiembre de 2024, realiz\u00f3 un allanamiento en la casa de la mujer, ubicada en calle Florencio S\u00e1nchez al 600 de Bah\u00eda Blanca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el operativo se secuestraron tel\u00e9fonos de los que surgen nuevas comunicaciones que acreditan la participaci\u00f3n de la docente en las transacciones il\u00edcitas; por lo que fue detenida en enero de 2025, momento en el que se desempe\u00f1aba como docente en un establecimiento educativo de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza Daniela Casta\u00f1o sostuvo el fallo que la actividad il\u00edcita que se les reprocha a ambos est\u00e1 acreditada de manera contundente, sin que pueda desligarse Matall\u00e1n, pese al intento que realiz\u00f3 su pareja Fritz.
