Su ingreso formal al trabajo fue celebrado no s\u00f3lo como un logro personal, sino como el resultado de a\u00f1os de militancia y resistencia por parte de una comunidad que ha sido sistem\u00e1ticamente relegada del acceso a derechos fundamentales como el empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquella jornada memorable, minutos antes de ingresar por primera vez a su nuevo lugar de trabajo y rodeada de compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros, Juana expres\u00f3 emocionada: <em>\u201cSoy la primer chica trans que va a empezar a trabajar en la ciudad de Tres Arroyos. No s\u00e9 si hablar, re\u00edrme o llorar\u201d<\/em>. Y agreg\u00f3: <em>\u201cMe cambia la vida para siempre. Me gusta trabajar y es lo que estuve esperando toda mi vida, yo y este Colectivo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con sus palabras, dej\u00f3 en claro que su incorporaci\u00f3n no era s\u00f3lo un hecho individual, sino un paso adelante para toda una comunidad. <em>\u201cSigamos, vamos por m\u00e1s cupos\u201d<\/em>, dijo en ese mismo momento, mirando hacia adelante, como sol\u00eda hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero su compromiso no se limitaba a lo institucional. Juana tambi\u00e9n fue la impulsora de diversas acciones solidarias, entre ellas una convocatoria a la comunidad para reunir golosinas y juguetes destinados a los m\u00e1s chicos de una barriada popular en el marco del <strong>D\u00eda de la Ni\u00f1ez<\/strong>.
