distrito y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la fiesta provincial del Olivo, cuya 16\u00b0 edici\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 este fin de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa fiesta sigue creciendo con ra\u00edces muy firmes, acompa\u00f1ando la producci\u00f3n de olivos y aceite de oliva en el distrito\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Chalde quien resalt\u00f3 la llegada de nuevos productores y la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s adelant\u00f3 que el ministro de Desarrollo Agrario de la provincia, Javier Rodr\u00edguez, confirm\u00f3 la inminente publicaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n que formaliza La Ruta del Olivo, un circuito que vincular\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n con el turismo. \u201cA partir de ah\u00ed, las fincas interesadas podr\u00e1n registrarse para formar parte del recorrido\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las posibles incorporaciones a la ruta, mencion\u00f3 a la finca Garbo, de Tres Arroyos. \u201cEso nos permitir\u00eda ampliar la integraci\u00f3n regional y generar nuevas oportunidades\u201d, sostuvo el intendente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo destac\u00f3 la importancia del evento gastron\u00f3mico dentro de la fiesta, donde la ganadora del concurso de cocina fue Mirta Cabrera, que represent\u00f3 a Marisol. \u201cEl nivel de los platos fue realmente muy bueno\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
