Al verificar los n\u00fameros de motor y chasis, se constat\u00f3 que no coincid\u00edan con el dominio colocado en el rodado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del sistema inform\u00e1tico policial, se estableci\u00f3 que el veh\u00edculo ten\u00eda un pedido de <strong>secuestro activo<\/strong> desde el 17 de diciembre de 2024, en el marco de una causa por <strong>robo<\/strong>, solicitado por la Comisar\u00eda Tercera de Mar del Plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tal motivo, se iniciaron actuaciones por el delito de <strong>encubrimiento<\/strong> e <strong>infracci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 292 y 296 del C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong>, con intervenci\u00f3n de la UFIJ N\u00b0 13, a cargo de la Dra.
