Durante el segundo semestre de 2024, desde el municipio se lanz\u00f3 el \u201cPrograma de Beneficios al Sector Tur\u00edstico 3A\u201d el objetivo de organizar y fortalecer la oferta de servicios tur\u00edsticos del distrito. A ra\u00edz de dicha iniciativa, una importante cantidad de prestadores del rubro alojamiento se volcaron a regularizar su situaci\u00f3n comercial. En este sentido, la presidenta del Centro de Martilleros y Corredores P\u00fablicos, Andrea P\u00e9rez, manifest\u00f3 que desde el sector que ellos representan, est\u00e1n interesados en ponerse a disposici\u00f3n para colaborar en la tarea de fomentar la competitividad de los destinos tur\u00edsticos, trabajando junto al Estado en garantizar una oferta segura y de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Director de Turismo, Pablo Ledesma, celebr\u00f3 la iniciativa e indic\u00f3 que \u201cdesde el Estado apuntamos a generar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que signifiquen un salto hacia el desarrollo tur\u00edstico, y entendemos que esto se logra trabajando de manera asociativa con todos los sectores involucrados\u201d.
