Tres Arroyos detuvo a Hugo Braian Hiriart, de 32 a\u00f1os, intensamente buscado por causas vinculadas al narcotr\u00e1fico y delitos graves. Seg\u00fan las autoridades, Hiriart ser\u00eda el \u00faltimo detenido en la causa Santos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento ocurri\u00f3 el 13 de diciembre durante un patrullaje preventivo sobre la Ruta 73, cerca de Claromec\u00f3. La Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n y Juicio N.\u00ba 17 del Departamento Judicial Bah\u00eda Blanca lo investigaba como parte de una red delictiva de alto impacto en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerado de alta peligrosidad, el detenido llevaba meses siendo buscado. Tras el operativo, la Fiscal\u00eda dispuso su traslado y declaraci\u00f3n indagatoria seg\u00fan el Art. 308 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este caso subraya el compromiso de las fuerzas de seguridad en la lucha contra el crimen organizado, destacando la efectividad de las labores preventivas en zonas rurales estrat\u00e9gicas.
