Se trata de una iniciativa presentada por la senadora Nerina Neumann Losada y el diputado Emiliano Balb\u00edn, que propone que la Direcci\u00f3n General de Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n incorpore la figura de un Abogado Defensor del Docente que pueda asistirlos de manera gratuita frente a cualquier reclamo o demanda que deban iniciar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa iniciativa tiene como eje brindar herramientas jur\u00eddicas gratuitas a los docentes que muchas veces necesitan emprender una denuncia penal producto de agresiones o violencia que reciben dentro del \u00e1mbito educativo\u201d, explic\u00f3 Neumann Losada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Emiliano Balb\u00edn sostuvo que \u201clas consecuencias de estas actitudes pueden da\u00f1ar seriamente su autoestima, identidad profesional y provocar que se cuestione si vale la pena o no continuar con su labor profesional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los legisladores remarcaron que \u201cmuchos docentes optan por pedidos de licencias o renuncian a sus cargos por no saber c\u00f3mo resolver una situaci\u00f3n injusta y violenta\u201d, y concluyeron: \u201cla figura del Defensor del Docente brindar\u00e1 asistencia de manera r\u00e1pida y gratuita para que los docentes puedan contar con herramientas y una orientaci\u00f3n necesaria para poder resolver cualquier situaci\u00f3n de conflicto y garantizar el buen clima en el aula\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
