Hoy se llev\u00f3 a cabo la presentaci\u00f3n del programa de regularizaci\u00f3n de alojamientos para prestadores tur\u00edsticos en el distrito de Tres Arroyos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la presencia de las autoridades, entre ellas el Director de Turismo, Pablo Ledesma; el Intendente Municipal, Pablo Garate; la Subsecretaria de Turismo de la Provincia, Soledad Mart\u00ednez; y el Director de Industria, Comercio y Emprendedurismo, Mauro Daddario, se realizo la presentaci\u00f3n del programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este, tiene como objetivo principal ordenar y promover el sector tur\u00edstico local, brindando beneficios a los prestadores de servicios que se sumen a la iniciativa. Entre los beneficios se incluyen la posibilidad de formar parte del cat\u00e1logo oficial de prestadores tur\u00edsticos del municipio, acceso a capacitaciones gratuitas, y la vinculaci\u00f3n directa con la Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo de la Provincia para el acceso a registros y programas provinciales, tambi\u00e9n se ofrecer\u00e1n asesoramientos espec\u00edficos para la obtenci\u00f3n del Certificado MiPyME y acceso a cr\u00e9ditos blandos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Adem\u00e1s, aquellos que inicien la habilitaci\u00f3n antes del 31 de octubre de 2024 tendr\u00e1n acceso a beneficios adicionales como habilitaciones provisorias y exenciones de la Tasa Unificada hasta abril de 2025.
Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, el Intendente Garate subray\u00f3 la importancia de contar con un sector tur\u00edstico competitivo y organizado, destacando que el programa es parte de una estrategia integral para fortalecer el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del distrito mediante el asociativismo y la inversi\u00f3n en propuestas que generen beneficios sostenibles para los destinos tur\u00edsticos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Director de Turismo, Pablo Ledesma, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este programa para consolidar destinos tur\u00edsticos competitivos en el distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
