Estos nutrientes son fundamentales para quienes no consumen productos de origen animal, como los huevos o las carnes, y pueden ser incorporados de manera sencilla en jugos o batidos verdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cacao amargo: una fuente rica en magnesio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro alimento mencionado por la especialista es el cacao amargo en polvo. \u201cEl cacao es una buena fuente de magnesio, esencial para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y la relajaci\u00f3n muscular\u201d, explic\u00f3 Heded. Aconseja incorporarlo en batidos, panqueques, o incluso en budines, siempre priorizando su versi\u00f3n sin az\u00facar a\u00f1adida para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo sus beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Algarroba y maca: alternativas naturales con antioxidantes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La algarroba, derivada de la chaucha del mismo nombre, tambi\u00e9n fue recomendada por Anah\u00ed por su contenido en antioxidantes y su ausencia de gluten, lo que la convierte en una opci\u00f3n ideal para personas con celiaqu\u00eda.
