Al llegar al lugar, los oficiales procedieron a la aprehensi\u00f3n de un hombre de 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aprehendido hab\u00eda agredido f\u00edsicamente a su ex pareja con un golpe de pu\u00f1o en el rostro, causando una contusi\u00f3n, y tambi\u00e9n la hab\u00eda amenazado verbalmente. Adem\u00e1s, se comprob\u00f3 que el individuo ten\u00eda una medida cautelar vigente ordenada por el Juzgado de Familia de Tres Arroyos en una causa de protecci\u00f3n contra la violencia familiar (Ley 12.569).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso ha sido puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n y Juicio N\u00b0 06, a cargo de la Agente Fiscal Dra.
