La organizaci\u00f3n es en forma conjunta entre el Sindicato de la Carne, la Chacra de Barrow y la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social. En el acto de cierre llevado a cabo esta ma\u00f1ana, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Director de Innovaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Emiliano Cucciuffo.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Participaron funcionarios de Bromatolog\u00eda de diferentes distritos, como Villarino, Monte Hermoso, Tres Arroyos, entre otros partidos de la regi\u00f3n. En el d\u00eda de hoy se realiz\u00f3 la jornada de cierre en la sede de la Chacra Experimental de Barrow, instituci\u00f3n que abri\u00f3 sus puertas para recorrer su flamante sala de elaboraci\u00f3n. Es el primero de varios cursos que se proyectan en conjunto entre el Sindicato de la Carne, la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social y la Chacra Barrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El curso se dividi\u00f3 en dos jornadas. La parte te\u00f3rica se concret\u00f3 en el Cresta y termino en la jornada de hoy con la pr\u00e1ctica en la Planta Piloto de la Chacra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fue una iniciativa conjunta entre la Chacra de Barrow el Municipio, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y el Sindicato de la Carne.
