Carlos Avila que ide\u00f3 el proyecto realiz\u00f3 estimaciones de p\u00e9rdidas millonarias para los fondos p\u00fablicos del municipio de Tres Arroyos, a lo largo de los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os.<br> De acuerdo a los dichos del mismo intendente Carlos S\u00e1nchez, su hormigonera estaba proyectada desde hace cuatro o cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avila pas\u00f3 por &#8216;Cosas que pasan&#8217;
