En momentos en que el detenido es conducido por Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional y personal policial al sector de pre-calabozo de la Comisaria, este le propina un fuerte golpe con la cabeza a un efectivo policial, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesi\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter leves en el rostro.   Por tal circunstancia el masculino es imputado por el delito de \u201cAPREHENSI\u00d3N RESISTENCIA A LA AUTORIDAD Y LESIONES\u201d. Asimismo, se informa que el veh\u00edculo conducido por el detenido fue secuestrado por falta de documentaci\u00f3n y depositado en la Secretaria de Seguridad Municipal Tres Arroyos. Interviene la UFIJ N\u00b0  13  a cargo de la Agente Fiscal Dra. Natalia Ramos  de  TS.
