La se\u00f1ora se encontraba acompa\u00f1ada del jefe de Prevenci\u00f3n Ciudadana al arribar al lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los inspectores municipales informaron a la madre del motociclista que la moto no ten\u00eda documentaci\u00f3n, presentaba escape libre y otras cuestiones que justificaron la retenci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El personal municipal continu\u00f3 con el operativo por la calle Col\u00f3n cuando el ahora sumariado Carlos Fabi\u00e1n Almir\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 a reclamar la moto del joven en cuesti\u00f3n trayendo consigo parte de la documentaci\u00f3n requerida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tratarse de un superior se procedi\u00f3 a la entrega inmediata de la moto generando reclamos e insultos por parte de otros conductores y transe\u00fantes que aguardaban para presentar la documentaci\u00f3n requerida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL DECRETO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El decreto municipal 398\/ 2021 dispone que se instruya sumario por el Convenio Colectivo art\u00edculo N\u00b058 al jefe de Prevenci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Carlos Fabi\u00e1n Almir\u00f3n por los hechos testificados por los Inspectores Municipales actuantes durante el operativo en el que se secuestr\u00f3 la moto de un joven familiar suyo por realizar maniobras peligrosas sobre la vereda, perder el control de su veh\u00edculo para eludir los controles y, adem\u00e1s, no presentar ninguna documentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del hecho relatado, el funcionario municipal procedi\u00f3 a entregar los documentos y a solicitar s ele restituya la moto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ondauno.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-22-at-14.49.46.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23700 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ondauno.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-22-at-14.49.46.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23700\"\/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 29 de enero Onda Uno public\u00f3 una noticia que daba cuenta de un hecho grave que involucraba al jefe de Prevenci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Tres Arroyos, Carlos Fabi\u00e1n Almir\u00f3n.
