--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/768;\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ondauno.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-18-at-12.45.01-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"23573\" data-link=\"http:\/\/ondauno.com.ar\/?attachment_id=23573\" class=\"wp-image-23573\"\/><\/noscript><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Previamente referentes del sector hab\u00edan protestado por el incumplimiento por parte  del Intendente Carlos San S\u00e1nchez, en una reuni\u00f3n realizada en diciembre de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fondauno103.9%2Fvideos%2F548680316105056%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>A continuaci\u00f3n el comunicado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>SIGUE SIN CUMPLIRSE EL CUPO TRANS EN TRES ARROYOS<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><br><\/em>En el d\u00eda de la fecha, D\u00eda de la Promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos de las personas Trans en Argentina, integrantes del Colectivo Travesti, Trans y No Binarie de Tres Arroyos se hicieron presentes en la sesi\u00f3n del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Tres Arroyos reclamando la falta de implementaci\u00f3n efectiva del Cupo Laboral Travesti Trans tal como lo prometi\u00f3 el Intendente y tal como lo establece la Ley Provincial Diana Sacay\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como es sabido, el 9 diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado, el intendente municipal Carlos S\u00e1nchez se comprometi\u00f3 en una audiencia con el colectivo a ocuparse de que la implementaci\u00f3n sea efectiva y anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n por decreto de la tan necesitada Direcci\u00f3n de Mujeres, G\u00e9nero y Diversidad que seg\u00fan dijo comenzar\u00eda a funcionar el 1 de enero del corriente a\u00f1o a cargo de Juliana Riob\u00f3 y dependiente de la Oficina de Desarrollo Social a cargo de Marcelo Le\u00f3n. Han pasado ya tres meses y el intendente municipal Carlos Sanchez no ha firmado el decreto para la creaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea tal como lo prometi\u00f3 y sus funcionarios&nbsp;justifican que que no se cumpli\u00f3 con lo acordado porque no pudieron &#8220;acomodar&#8221; el presupuesto, siendo adem\u00e1s que el mismo se aprob\u00f3 casi 20 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del anuncio del intendente y sin reconocer la potestad del Poder Ejecutivo de crear secretar\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El colectivo reclama tambi\u00e9n que si bien han abierto el registro Diana Sacayan y la recepci\u00f3n de curriculums, el Sr. Linares, responsable del \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos, no solamente no ha informado los cargos disponibles a la&nbsp;Mesa Intersectorial de Mujeres, G\u00e9nero y Diversidad tal como deber\u00eda hacerlo seg\u00fan ordenanza, sino que tampoco ha citado a ninguna persona trans del colectivo con motivo de hacer una entrevista,&nbsp;siendo que es de p\u00fablico conocimiento que este a\u00f1o se han jubilado en la municipalidad m\u00e1s de 20 personas y que los cupos son posibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, siendo hoy 18 de marzo el d\u00eda del aniversario de la muerte de la activista Trans&nbsp;Claudia P\u00eda Baudracco,&nbsp;integrantes del Colectivo Travesti Trans y No Binarie de la ciudad de Tres Arroyos presentaron un proyecto de ordenanza para que se reconozca a nivel local el d\u00eda de la Promoci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas Trans y de esta manera comprometer a\u00fan m\u00e1s al gobierno local a atender las demandas y los derechos de la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerada hist\u00f3ricamente en Argentina y en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solicitamos que el intendente Carlos Sanchez nos d\u00e9 una respuesta urgente.Exigimos que se cumpla la ley!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CUPO&nbsp;LABORAL TRAVESTI TRANS YA!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con presencia de integrantes del colectivo trans del distrito, el poder legislativo aprob\u00f3 la ordenanza para adherir a la ley que posibilita el acceso al trabajo en el \u00e1mbito del Estado.
