Son muchos y diversos los temas que motivan nuestra preocupaci\u00f3n. De m\u00e1s est\u00e1 decir que esta temporada ser\u00e1 por dem\u00e1s at\u00edpica y debemos estar lo suficientemente preparados para trabajar en un marco de seguridad, tanto para los ba\u00f1istas como para los y las Guardavidas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Promediando el mes de Octubre sostuvimos una primera reuni\u00f3n con el Secretario de Seguridad Sr Jorge Cordiglia  y el Coordinador de Playas Sr Sergio Bertonccelo, donde la AGTA plante\u00f3 una serie de sugerencias e irregularidades en la gesti\u00f3n del operativo de cara a la pr\u00f3xima temporada. A ra\u00edz de la importancia de los temas planteados se solicit\u00f3 un tiempo para analizar y dar una respuesta al respecto en una segunda reuni\u00f3n entre las partes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Hoy a casi un mes de ese primer encuentro seguimos esperando una respuesta que d\u00e9 soluci\u00f3n a los temas planteados y brinde mayor certeza sobre el operativo de la temporada. Incluso hoy 10 de noviembre, cuando ya la mayor\u00eda de las playas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires iniciaron su temporada, los y las Guardavidas del distrito de Tres Arroyos desconocemos cuando inicia la temporada, inclumpliendo con lo dispuesto por la Ley 14.798 que establece un plazo de 30 d\u00edas para comunicar el inicio de temporada a los trabajadores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em> Todav\u00eda est\u00e1 pendiente<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Reiteramos nuestra voluntad de trabajar codo a codo con los responsables de dise\u00f1ar el operativo de seguridad en playas para garantizar la calidad del servicio, pero es necesario que atiendan nuestros problemas y den respuesta a nuestras preocupaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Seguiremos insistiendo para que nos reciban nuevamente y solucionemos definitivamente las dificultades planteadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n de Guardavidas de Tres Arroyos intenta continuamente y por todos los medios establecer un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n fluido y eficiente con los responsables municipales de la planificaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n del operativo de seguridad en playas.
