En el D\u00eda del Panadero, Diego Zu\u00f1iga comparti\u00f3 su experiencia profesional en Cosas que Pasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Empezamos muy temprano para que en el horario de apertura est\u00e9 listo y todos los productos bien calentitos”, explic\u00f3 Diego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“La gente se lleva todas las facturas, no hay una preferida y en cada sede se realiza su propia producci\u00f3n, la misma receta y calidad de materia prima en las cuatro sucursales”, cont\u00f3 el panadero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diego manifest\u00f3 que estuvo en otras panader\u00edas “donde conoc\u00ed el pan porque no sab\u00eda nada, y, en Mio Figlio fue donde crec\u00ed m\u00e1s. El oficio es todo, te tiene que gustar porque es muy sacrificado, hay que ponerle el coraz\u00f3n”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
