Personal policial de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Comunal procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de los
ciudadanos CATALA GUIDO ALAN, MONTES PEDRO LEONEL Y SCHETINO MAURO todos mayores de edad y domiciliados en esta localidad por el delito de \u201cDESOBEDIENCIA Y RESISTENCIA A LA AUTORIDAD\u201d, con intervenci\u00f3n de la Ayudantia Fiscal local a cargo del Dr. Juan Carlos Ustarroz y a disposici\u00f3n del fiscal Dr. Carlos Facundo Lemble, titular de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n y Juicio Nro. 13 del Departamento Judicial de Bah\u00eda Blanca con sede en Tres Arroyos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ra\u00edz de llamado telef\u00f3nico de una vecina de esta localidad dando cuenta de
caracter\u00edstica de rodado y ocupantes quienes transitaban a alta velocidad por calles c\u00e9ntricas es que avistados por personal policial intentan interceptarlo los cual se torno dificultoso ya que el rodado comenz\u00f3 a transitar por diferentes calles no acatando la orden policial para que detengan la marcha, hasta que transcurridos varios minutos el rodado toma en direcci\u00f3n de la Ruta Nacional Nro. 3 subiendo a la misma y emprendiendo fuga en direcci\u00f3n a la ciudad de Tres Arroyos donde finalmente a 10 kil\u00f3metros de la ciudad
detiene su marcha producto de que se le revent\u00f3 neum\u00e1tico, bajando los ocupantes de manera desafiante, increpando al personal policial, por lo que hall\u00e1ndose incurso en el delito ya tipificado se procede a la inmediata aprehensi\u00f3n de los tres ocupantes del veh\u00edculo y secuestro de rodado marca Volkswagen Bora dominio FWM-772, siendo trasladados a la Seccional Policial y en horas de la ma\u00f1ana de hoy fueron llevados a declarar en la Fiscalia Nro. 13 de Tres Arroyos, a cargo del Agente Fiscal Carlos Lemble.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
