style=\"display: inline-block;\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>En Centro Municipal de Salud emiti\u00f3 un comunicado que lleva la firma de la directora Ana Basilio y del director asociado Alexis Pogorzelsky en el que informan la situaci\u00f3n por la que se inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n interna y judicial luego del fallecimiento de una mujer de 25 a\u00f1os a quien le hab\u00edan practicado una ces\u00e1rea unos d\u00edas antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallecimiento de la  joven -que hab\u00eda sido mam\u00e1 recientemente promovi\u00f3 una acci\u00f3n judicial que habr\u00eda iniciado su familia para averiguar las causales de la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que se conoce es que la UFIN\u00b0 17 tiene a su cargo el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n que ingres\u00f3 recientemente y que entre las actuaciones realizadas habr\u00eda solicitado la historia cl\u00ednica de la joven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia se habr\u00eda generado porque la paciente asisti\u00f3-y as\u00ed consta en su historia cl\u00ednica-tres veces en diferentes d\u00edas a la emergencia m\u00e9dica sin que aparentemente nadie hubiera sospechado la gravedad de su estado de salud hasta que se produjo la internaci\u00f3n en la tercera visita y, posteriormente su  fallecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el requerimiento de Cosas que Pasan esta ma\u00f1ana, los directivos del hospital no respondieron, sin embargo, en horas de la noche, enviaron un comunicado p\u00fablico en el que informan que &#8220;ante la difusi\u00f3n de la existencia de una investigaci\u00f3n judicial sobre las causales del fallecimiento de un paciente en nuestra instituci\u00f3n, ya iniciamos todas las averiguaciones correspondientes y hemos puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia toda la documentaci\u00f3n que fue requerida, estando tambi\u00e9n, tanto directores como personal, para cualquier requerimiento que su familia y la justicia solicite&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
